Stephen rexrode, president & owner

Stephen has been a licensed real estate salesperson for over 30 years. His primary focus is the origination, underwriting, sale and servicing of mortgage investments.

Prior to forming CRCC in 1993, Stephen was a Vice President of Embarcadero Mortgage Corporation where he was involved in the origination and servicing of mortgage investments. In addition, he supervised the accounting and finance department.

Stephen received a B.A. degree in Management Science from the University of California San Diego and is a member of the California Mortgage Association and Bay Area Mortgage Association. He lives in the East Bay with his wife and kids.
